Algappa University offers PhD Admission for the academic session 2025-26. Interested students can pursue both full-time and part-time PhDs from the university departments. NET/SET/GATE qualified students in the relevant discipline are exempted from appearing in the Algappa University PhD entrance exam. Candidates in the final year/semester of their P.G. How to Apply for Alagappa University Online 2025-26?
- For applying for online Registration, the applicants should have scanned images of their mark statements up to the 5th semester/cumulative mark statement, community certificate, photograph, and signature in CD/DVD/Pen drive/computer to upload the certificate, photo, and signature.
- Valid e-mail ID and mobile number are mandatory when applying online. Alagappa University will send communications and messages to the registered email ID and Mobile or post.
- After submitting the details in the application, applicants can choose any one of the following modes for making payment of the application fee.
- There is a possibility of online payment failure. Hence, if the online payment fails, an applicant can retry the procedure and pay the fee again by online mode. In case of online payment failure, the amount debited from the Bank account will be reverted to the account automatically.
- After entering all details including the payment in the online application form, applicants have to wait to receive the intimation from the server. Meanwhile, DO NOT press the “Back” or “Refresh” button to avoid payment failure or double Payment.
- If the online transaction has been completed an application number will be generated and sent to the applicant’s email/mobile through SMS.
- Applicants need not send the printout of the online application or any other supporting documents to the University.
- For the entrance program, online hall tickets can be downloaded from the University website.
