DU Admission 2024-25: Delhi University schedule of allocation-cum-admission for UG under CSAS UG 2024-25, Here is the updated schedule for Upgrade Round.

15 October 2024 is the last date for various postgraduate courses including BTech, BA LLB and BBA LLB. DU has notified all the students of PG courses that they must complete their admission formalities before the deadline. Candidates can visit the official website @admission.uod.ac.in to complete their enrollment process.

The NTA has released the CUET UG Result; Delhi University announced the CSAS Phase 2 UG Admission 2024 on Thursday, 01 August 2024. A candidate who have completed Phase 1 must log in to their dashboard at www.ugadmission.uod.ac.in to and choose their preferred program and college combination, subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. Students who have still not registered on the CSAS Portal will also register as Delhi University has decided to keep both phases open till 07 August 2024, and the preferences saved or submitted by the mandate will get auto-locked upon reaching the deadline of 09 August 2024.

Delhi University has announced a two-day window for new applicants from 11 July 2024 at 5:00 PM to 13 July 2024 at 5:00 PM. During this period, candidates who missed applying to CSAS(PG) or didn’t complete their registration can do so by paying a Mid-Entry fee of Rs. 1000. However, Mid-Entry is not available for MFA, BPEd, MPEd, MA Music, and Sports Supernumerary Quota. Also, during these two days, already registered candidates can edit their Profile, Academic section, and Eligibility criteria as per UoD policies.

DU Round I of Allocation cum admissions to PG CSAS, BTech, and Five Year Integrated Law programs started on 22 June 2024. DU PG Admission 2024-25 last date is 12 June 2024, Due to the Lok Shabha Election 2024, the registration to CSAS PG 2024, BA LLB (H), BBA LLB (H), and BTech Programs has been extended. Delhi University offers an MBA (Human Resource Development) and an MBA (International Business) for the academic session 2024-25, Interested students can apply before the last date 15 October 2024.

DU BTech Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

1. JEE (Main)-2024 is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The candidate may note that the role of NTA is limited to the conduct of JEE (Main) – 2024, declaration of results, and handling of queries related to the entrance examination.
2. Simply appearing in JEE (Main) – 2024 will not be a sufficient condition to secure a seat in UoD. In addition to appearing in JEE (Main), a candidate must apply on the official portal of UoD, i.e http://engineering.uod.ac.in to take admission in the B.Tech. Programs offered by UoD. Application submitted through any other mode or portal/website will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Before initiating the application process, the candidates are advised to read the contents of BOI BTech 2024 carefully and the Delhi University Act, 1922, its amendments and the Statutes. The Ordinances, Rules, Regulations, and Notifications of the UoD available on the University website, www.du.ac.in shall be final and binding.
4. Determination of eligibility and verification of documents for admission to UoD Programs will be the sole purview of UoD.
5. Seat allocation to B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering), B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication Engineering), and B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) will be based solely on the Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE (Main) Paper-I, 2024, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

DU PhD Admission 2024-25

University of Delhi PhD admission process 2024 is offered at the full-time doctorate levels in 52 academic departments. Students must note Delhi University does not offer DU Phd Part Time admission. Applicants to PhD programs are required to take an entrance exam and a personal interview.

UGC decided that from the Academic Session 2024-25, NET score can be used for DU PhD Admission programs in place of entrance tests conducted by the Universities. Accordingly, from the academic session 2024-25, the University of Delhi will use the National Eligibility Test (NET) scores for admission to PhD Programs.

As per the UGC Notification dated 27 March 2024, for students who qualify in Categories 2 and 3, 70% weightage will be given for test scores 30% for the interview for DU PhD Admission. The PhD admission for DU will be based on the combined merit of NET marks and the marks obtained in the Interview. The last date for successful fee transaction for DU Phd Admission 2024-25 is 15 September 2024.

• Ph.D. Admission Notice, Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree

To be Eligibility for PhD at Delhi University, You must have completed the PG degree with at least 55% aggregate (or its equivalent grade ‘B’ on the UGC seven-point scale) and the MPhil degree with at least 55% aggregate. Delhi University PhD fees: INR 43,400*. PhD Delhi University admission 2024-25 applicants should check whether they are exempt from the written examination. The interview is required for all applicants.

DU PhD Registration fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates is INR 300 (Rupees Three Hundred Only) per program; and for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates it is INR 750 (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Hundred Only) per program. Candidates must read the DU PhD prospectus for eligibility criteria.

Delhi University Admission Process 2025-26

DU Entrance Exam 2025-26

Admission to Delhi University in 2025 will be based on CUET UG, UG PG, CAT, DU NTA PhD, UGC NET, JEE Mains entrance exams. The university offers admission a vast variety of courses through several entrance tests but admission to majority of courses are based on CUET.
