IGNOU Online MCA Admission 2025-26
31 January 2025* will be the last date for IGNOU Online MCA admission 2025-26. University will commence the admission process for the Online MCA course in the second week of November for the January 2025 academic session. Candidates can visit the official portal of the university @ignouiop.samarth.edu.in to complete the admission procedure. IGNOU doesn’t conduct any entrance examination for admission.
Applicants who cannot get a regular degree in MCA course can go for the IGNOU Online MCA program. It is advanced in many aspects because here, students would study flexibly through the digital content available and share with themselves, and it’s downloadable.
Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU Online MCA Admission
- Students have a BCA or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- Applicants passed BSc, BCom, BA with Mathematics at 10+2 level or graduation level bridge courses below.

IGNOU Online MCA Fees
We mentioned the IGNOU MCA fees for National and International applicants before applying for admission.
- IGNOU Online MCA fees is INR 12,700 per semester + INR 2,000 per course for MCS-201 and MCS-208. It is only for Indian students.
- If you belong to a SAARC country, the semester fee is INR 19,000, and students need to pay INR 2,000 extra per course for MCS 201 and MCS 208.
- Students from non-SAARC countries need to pay USD 1,300 per semester and USD 100 extra per course, MCS 201 and MCS 208.

Documents required for IGNOU Online MCA Program

- Students have a colorful passport-size photograph and age proof like birth certificate, educational qualification certificates, signature, experience letter, BPL, or category certificate (if applicable). Don’t forget that the signature and passport-size photo size should not be more than 100kb, and that of the other documents should not be more than 200kb.

30 November 2024 is the last date for IGNOU assignment submission for Online MCA course. IGNOU has started the assignment submission procedure for their Online MCA course for December TEE 2024. Students can submit their assignments by visiting the official portal of the university or a nearby regional or study center. If you want to appear in the examination hall you need to submit your assignment before the mentioned deadline.

Indira Gandhi National Open University has closed examination form submission to the Online MCA program for December Term-end examination 2024. IGNOU has extended the last date for Online MCA exam form submission to 03 November 2024 till 06:00 pm without a late fee for December Term-end examination.
