Sahara Refund Portal Registration: The Sahara Refund Portal Registration process is an initiative by the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, to refund the investor’s money deposited in the Sahara Scam. The Sahara refund portal was initiated to cope with losses incurred by Indian investors in various dubious financial schemes launched by the Sahara Group and its owner. The Sahara Refund Portal registration process guarantees a refund to the Sahara Group of Cooperatives Society investors 45 to 50 days after Registration on the Sahara Refund portal. 

The Sahara refund portal will credit the initial payment of ₹5000 crores out of the Sahara SEBI refund account to the central registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) for payment of genuine creditors of the Sahara Group of the Cooperative society using the best possible and transparent method, proper scanning of the identities, proofs, and payment details.

Only claims filed online through the portal will be entertained. There is no fee for submitting the claim.

CRCS Sahara Refund Portal

Amit Shah announced that the initial payment of up to ₹10,000 will be disbursed to one crore investors who had deposited ₹10,000 or above. Following the ₹5,000 crore disbursement, a subsequent request will be issued to return the funds to other depositors in Sahara Cooperative Societies.

People who invested in the Sahara Cooperative Society Limited, Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, and Hamara India Credit Cooperative Society before April 20222 can claim a refund. Only Online claims made on the Crcs Sahara refund portal will be entertained.

CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Status Check

The central government has made the Sahara refund status check process online. Investors whose money was stuck in the Sahara scam can apply and check the Sahara Refund status online on the official website. To check the Sahara refund status, log in to mocresubmit.crcs.gov.in. The applicants who have applied for the Sahara refund on the Sahara refund portal are the ones who fall under the eligibility criteria to check the Sahara refund status. 

The process of checking the Sahara refund status requires a registration number, which the applicant might have received at the time of applying on the Sahara refund portal on the official website www.mocrefund.crcsgov.in  and click on the resubmission login on the home page. This will lead to a new page. Enter the CRN discussion and select the application status, click on mobile number, and click on the submit option to check your Sahara Refund Status from your mobile number.

Sahara Refund is only accepting claims aggregating up to ₹5,00,000. Resubmitted claims shall be processed within 45 working days. 2. Click on the Depositor Registration
3. Enter the last four digits of your Aadhaar Card Number
4. Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number
5. Enter the Captcha.
6. Click on the OTP
7. Enter the OTP and receive the linked Phone number.

CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Resubmission

Have you applied to the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal for their claim and got rejected for any deficiency or reason?  You can resubmit your form to the government portal to correct the deficiency. You can follow the below steps for CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Resubmission:
