YCMOU.digitaluniversity.ac 2024-25 admission to the three-year PhD program is based on the PhD Entrance Test (PET) and an interview. There are seven PhD specialization options at YCMOU. • तक्त्यात दिलेल्या तपशिलानुसार त्या त्या कारणांसाठी ठरवून दिलेल्या दूरध्वनी क्रमांकावरच / ई-मेलवर संपर्क साधावा.
• ई-मेल पाठवताना आपली संपूर्ण माहिती आणि शंका / अडचण तपशीलवार लिहावी. त्यामध्ये आपला मोबाईल क्रमांक नमूद करावा म्हणजे आवश्यकतेनुसार आम्हाला आपल्याशी संपर्क साधता येईल. ई-मेल पाठवताना आपल्याला तांत्रिक अडचण असेल तर त्याचा स्क्रीन शॉट घेऊन तो ई-मेल सोबत पाठवावा म्हणजे आपल्या अडचणीचे नेमके स्वरूप समजू शकेल.
• ई-मेल पाठविल्यानंतर आपली अडचण तपासून ती सोडविण्यासाठी आम्हाला दोन ते तीन तासांचा कालावधी लागू शकतो. आपल्या ई-मेलचे उत्तर ई-मेलवरच पाठविण्यात येईल.
• ई-मेल /मोबाईलवरून विद्यापीठाशी संपर्क साधताना आपले म्हणणे नेमकेपणे, मुद्देसूद आणि सौम्य भाषेत मांडावे.
• विद्यापीठ कार्यालयास महिन्याच्या पहिल्या आणि तिसऱ्या शनिवारी तसेच प्रत्येक रविवारी सुटी आहे. आपण कार्यालयीन कामकाजाच्या दिवशी सकाळी १०:०० ते १:३० आणि दुपारी २:०० ते ५.३० या वेळेत संपर्क साधावा.
• आपल्या शंका / अडचणींबाबत विद्यापीठाशी संपर्क साधण्याअगोदर आपण प्रवेश घेऊ इच्छित असलेल्या शिक्षणक्रमाची हितीपुस्तिका तसेच ऑनलाईन प्रवेशासंबधी माहितीचे सादरीकरण पाहावे. आपल्या अनेक शंकांचे निरसन त्याद्वारे होऊ शकेल.
